We are looking for a Marketing Manager-Web & Digital to join our corporate Marketing Team in Irvine, CA.As the Marketing Manager-Web & Digital, you will own the management, operations, and optimization of the companies many web properties across our 5 brands (UEI College, US Colleges, SAGE, and IEC). This includes identifying project scope, clarifying deliverables, anticipating needs, understanding timelines, and adhering to all applicable regulatory guidelines and restrictions. This role will work with key stakeholders, design, and development teams.As the Marketing Manager-Web & Digital, you will use your project management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing day-to-day planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting for web project-related initiatives. Projects will span multiple web sites and brands.Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projectsDocument business requirements and collaborate with technical teams and business units to design best solutions.Lead daily stand-up meetings and manage resources for multiple development teams in sprint cycle and prioritiesManage CRO initiatives including split and AB testingPerform proper QA to ensure all website copy, projects and assets meet qualitystandardsOther duties as assignedKey Success FactorsDedicated and driven to consistently improve, grow, and exceed KPI goalsKey marketing metrics: maximize productivity from budget spend, increase high intent leads, increase conversions rates, increase usability and engagement on siteAdhere to deadlines, set targets for milestones, and develop long- and short-term plansDigitally savvy individual with keen attention to detailCritical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an excellent team playerMust work well under pressure and be able to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong accountability and proactive solutions-oriented workstyleExcellent communication skillsQualifications

Education, Experience, and Skillset

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a web project management or analyst role, or equivalent experience leading development teamsUnderstanding and experience in UI/UX best practices.Proficiency in AGILE/SCRUM methodologies.Experience using a project management platform, in particular AsanaWorking experience with highly customizable/configurable CMS highly preferred (eg. Wordpress).Graphic Design skills a plus; Photoshop, Illustrator, XDPrior experience working in a direct response, performance-driven marketing teamAn eye for design and user experienceKnowledge of PPC and SEO best practices a plus
