We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team. This is a position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including multifamily and high-end residential developments. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of projects, utilizing your expertise in Revit and your extensive experience in the industry. Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project requirements and design objectives.2. Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.3. Lead the development of design concepts, including space planning, material selection, and overall aesthetics.4. Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless integration of all project components.5. Oversee the construction administration phase, including site visits, reviewing submittals, and addressing any design-related issues.6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.7. Mentor and guide junior architects and interns, providing constructive feedback and support throughout their professional development.8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications:1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Architect in the engineering industry, with a focus on multifamily and high-end residential projects.3. Proficiency in Revit is essential, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects using this software.4. Strong design and visualization skills, with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical and aesthetically pleasing designs.5. In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members.7. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.8. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing junior architects.9. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership for project outcomes.10. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
