Job Details

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team. This is a position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including multifamily and high-end residential developments. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of projects, utilizing your expertise in Revit and your extensive experience in the industry. Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project requirements and design objectives.2. Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless integration of all project components.5. Qualifications:1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Architect in the engineering industry, with a focus on multifamily and high-end residential projects.3. Proficiency in Revit is essential, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects using this software.4. Strong design and visualization skills, with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into practical and aesthetically pleasing designs.5. In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members.7. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.8. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing junior architects.9. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership for project outcomes.10. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
