Job Details
My client is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of architectural principles. They will also have a strong working knowledge of SketchUP, AutoCAD, Revit, and InDesign. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:1. Developing detailed architectural designs for a variety of engineering projects using SketchUP, AutoCAD, Revit, and InDesign.2. Collaborating with a team of engineers, architects, and designers to deliver high-quality designs that meet project specifications.3. Conducting research to ensure all designs adhere to the latest industry standards and regulations.4. Creating and presenting design proposals to clients and stakeholders.5. Reviewing and redrafting designs based on feedback and project requirements.6. Coordinating with project managers to ensure timely completion of design projects.7. Conducting site visits to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.8. Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in the architectural and engineering industry.
Qualifications:1. A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the Engineering industry.3. Proficiency in SketchUP, AutoCAD, Revit, and InDesign.4. Strong knowledge of architectural principles and design trends.5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.6. The ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.8. A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.9. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.10. A willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
