Essential Functions:Amazon & Retailer Digital Partnerships:

Partner with Sales Team, Amazon Account Manager, and 3rd party agencies to drive growth on Amazon and Wholesale Retailers across our brands/product categories.Develop core strategies that align with the Amazon sales team and agency in implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for Amazon, including advertising, sponsored products, A+ content, and promotions, aligned with business goals and Amazon best practices to drive traffic, sales, and visibility for our products. Align on SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, including keyword optimization and review management.Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, serving as a point of contact for paid media initiatives and collaborating on co-op advertising opportunities. Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for retailer platforms (Amazon, Macy’s, Kohl’s, JC Penney, Walmart, Target, and others), including sponsored product ads, display ads, video ads, and other formats that are aligned with business goals and target audience insights to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.Collaborate with creative teams and external partners to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.Monitor and analyze KPIs such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROAS to measure content performance and identify opportunities for optimization.DTC Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing funnel strategies aligned with business goals, target audience insights, and market trends to maximize Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, and relevant KPIs.Collaborate with business and creative leads to develop content calendars and relevant content for digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.Briefing creative teams to design and create the content needed.Plan the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, display, and content marketing.Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking to nurture leads and drive conversions while also leading the segmentation for social media channels using tools such as scheduling and community management.Manage digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance optimization to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Affiliate AdsDevelop KPI tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization with the senior leadership teams.Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns that increased awareness, traffic, and conversion.Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing platforms, marketing automation software, CRM systems, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, social media platforms and SEO tools.Knowledge of Paid Search bidding, targeting, and optimization.Experience in retailer paid media platforms and tools such as, including Amazon Advertising, Walmart Media Group, Target Media Network, and Macy’s Media Network.Understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Advertising Console.Hands-on experience managing Amazon marketing campaigns is a plus.Ability to interpret data, identify trends, measure campaign performance against KPIs, and optimize.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven insights and translate them into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies to achieve common goals.Specific Education and experience and required skills, knowledge and abilities.This is an onsite position at our New York City location.
