We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager with a strong background in SEO and PPC operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who has transitioned from hands-on execution to managing marketing teams and strategies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts, optimizing our online presence, and leading our marketing team to achieve outstanding results.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and PPC strategies to drive organic and paid traffic growth.Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).Conduct in-depth analysis of SEO and PPC performance, utilizing data to make informed decisions and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.Create and manage budgets for SEO and PPC campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Produce high-quality marketing content and materials, demonstrating exceptional writing and communication skills.Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.4-8 years of experience in SEO and PPC, with a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS marketing.Demonstrated experience in managing and leading marketing teams.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce compelling marketing content.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
