We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Director of Marketing to join our growing team in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SaaS and a proven track record of driving growth, developing innovative marketing strategies, and leading a high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative, driving demand, and positioning our company as a leader in the tech industry.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company's business goals and objectives.2. Lead and manage the marketing team to execute effective marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target audience.4. Oversee the development of all marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all channels and communications.5. Use data and analytics to drive decision making and optimize marketing performance.6. Manage the marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI.7. Stay updated with the latest trends in the tech industry and adapt our marketing strategies accordingly.8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media.9. Drive our public relations strategy and manage our company's public image.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. An MBA is a plus.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role in the Ed-tech industry, with a focus on SaaS.3. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.6. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.7. Proficient in using marketing software and tools.8. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.10. A creative thinker with a customer-centric approach.
