Essential Functions

World Class Concepting, Design, and Brand Storytelling.Contributes to the generation of ideas from concept to execution to build brand love, improve brand experiences, drive consumer action, and build sales through a variety of mediums.Concepting and Design for all paid, earned, and owned channels.Art Direction for Photo and Video shoots.Brand stewardship across consumer touchpoints.Collaborates with Marketing, PR, Social, Digital, and Creative teams to develop marketing campaigns, and best-in-class, cross-functional executions across all channels.Leads by example to help set a high bar for the work and can inspire others for what creative success looks like.Follows top tier agencies, pubs, and award shows to keep a pulse on the best work in the world.Maintains brand voice and standards in all executions.Works well with other functions in support of the business.Become a brand missionary: learn, know, live, and breathe the brand enough to be a go-to steward of brand voice and guidelines.Become immersed in the brand experience: visit stores, follow social channels, become an active member of the brand community.Develop projects from conception through execution to development of compelling and effective creative solutions.Art direct photo & video shoots and related postproduction such as editing and retouching.Execute, monitor, and adjust to project plans as they develop.Ensure assignments are delivered with accuracy, on time, and within budget.Properly maintains vendor relationships as needed (production, freelancers, etc.)Stay abreast of award-winning creative and production, social and audience trends related to the brand and business.Job Summary

It all started back in 1988 at a farmers market in Pennsylvania, and has now grown to the world’s largest and most loved soft pretzel brand. With over 1,800 locations in more than 25 countries, Auntie Anne’s is a $600M brand with 1.2M in systemwide average weekly store traffic.

We're seeking a salty Art Director to partner with us in building this pretzel juggernaut.

A GoTo Foods Art Director is a part of our in-house creative agency called Devour. Serving as a concept and design expert for one of our iconic restaurant brands, Auntie Anne's, you’ll work under a world class Creative Director and alongside other disciplines to create campaigns and executions across all consumer touch points. These include Omnichannel Marketing Campaigns for Paid Media–Video, Social Digital Ads–Web App, Point-of-Sale, Packaging, and Email. The AD will collaborate with Digital, PR, Organic Social, and Content Creation teams while partnering with PMs, Brand Managers, and other business partners to deliver world class brand experiences that drive business results. You’ll be responsible for delivering on quality standards, performance expectations, and timelines of projects and deliverables. Ultimately, you’ll play an important role in achieving Devour’s vision: World Class Creative for Insatiable Brands.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in communications, design, advertising, or other related field of study, preferredPortfolio school, a plusWork Experience
