We also produce and sell caustic soda, ethylene dichloride, commercial bleach and hydrochloric acid.

Business Coordinator

Position Objective

Provide assistance to Marketing/Sales teams on various internal supports for business activities. Work with related departments to achieve optimal customer satisfaction while meeting the best interests of Divisional Goal.Act as a liaison between Plant and customers to facilitate timely shipments.Monitor sales activities in order to achieve the projected sales targets while maintaining proper PSI balance.Major Areas of Accountability

Sales Target Management.Production Schedule Planning.Coordinate with plant site and sales departments to maintain healthy inventory.Order processing.Customer complaint handling.Business reports preparation.Perform market research in order to understand the market conditions.Other tasks/projects as assigned by supervisor.Qualifications

College graduate with 2-3 years business/marketing coordination related work experience is preferred.Must be computer literate. Must be proficient with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.College graduate required.Company provides on job training, including Standard Operating Procedure(SOP), and other internal and external trainings as planned, developed, and prescribed.Must have regular, reliable attendance as well as the ability to work outside the regular schedule as required.Ability to communicate over the phone, face to face, and in written documents.Willing to travel within the United States. Flexible if overtime is required.
