We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Unit Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to execute marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and liaison for the Agricultural and Renewables business unit.

Our Agricultural and Renewables business unit designs and manufactures capital equipment to enhance resource extraction in agricultural processes and clean flue gases converting them into clean energy.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives specific to the Agricultural and Renewables business unit.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer service, to gather insights, understand customer needs, and ensure consistent messaging.

Work closely with the marketing team and agency partners to create compelling content that effectively communicates the value proposition of our Agricultural and Renewables offerings.

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and liaison for the Agricultural and Renewables business unit, providing insights and expertise to the marketing team and agency partners.

Support the implementation of marketing automation and CRM initiatives, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry and campaign execution.

Assist in the coordination of trade shows, events, and other marketing activities related to the Agricultural and Renewables business unit.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify new marketing opportunities and refine existing strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team and agency partners to analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Entry-level or internship experience in marketing, preferably in the agricultural, renewable energy, or manufacturing sectors.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus.

Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and provide insights for decision-making.

Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Ability to identify and implement AI use cases that can enhance marketing efforts, such as dynamic content personalization, predictive lead scoring, and AI-driven content optimization.

Knowledge of best practices for integrating AI and generative AI capabilities into existing marketing processes and workflows.
