User Experience Researcher

Responsibilities:Primarily responsible for conducting user research at various stages of the user lifecycle and addressing user research needs from operational teams and other business departments.Design and execute highly tailored user research plans according to needs, independently complete requirement communication and analysis, research method design, data analysis, and conclusions, providing valuable outputs.Proactively identify current key pain points and business opportunities, and based on this, plan specific research topics. Types of research include but are not limited to: user personas, pain point identification, user experience research, user growth research, and competitive analysis.Continuously iterate research ideas and execution plans, refining research methodologies and execution systems.

Qualifications:3 years or more of experience in user research or related fields.Excellent professional skills: qualitative research (in-depth interviews, focus groups, etc.), quantitative research (surveys, SQL, etc.), and industry competitive analysis capabilities and experience.Sharp thinking, user-oriented perspective, skilled in uncovering key information, user pain points, and business opportunities from appearances; comprehensive, rigorous, structured, and systematic problem-solving approach.Strong sense of ownership, good communication and collaboration skills, positive, optimistic, responsible, and accountable.Bilingual Mandarin and English preferred.We are looking for 1 UX researcher for an ecommerce platform in Pasadena, CaliforniaJob Title : UX ResearcherTerm : Fulltime, PermanentPay Range : $110-150KLocation : Onsite - Pasadena, California
