is a well-organized person with hands-on experience in digital media strategy, planning, and buying programmatic media. Someone with experience building/planning audiences within programmatic platforms. Familiar with all digital media tactics and channels, including retail media, display, audio, native, OLV and OTT/CTV. Ability to strategically integrate appropriate digital tactics based on performance or awareness objectives into an optimal performing plan. Above all the person in this position must be passionate about digital marketing and media.Will look to this person to not only plan, but coach media campaign managers on how to activate audiences within various platforms. They will work with analytics to understand audience insights and then identify 1st, 2nd and 3rd party sources to build out similar/new audiences to use in our campaigns.As

they will need solid experience presenting media strategy, plans, and performance to clients as a be the primary resource and internal expert to agency management and client account teams. Thus, this person must be extremely proactive in developing and presenting creative ideas and new client strategies. This person must also be a good writer and presenter, problem-solver, and numbers-person.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, Execute, and Negotiate Multi-Channel Programmatic StrategiesDevelop and oversee programmatic media strategy and recommendations based on the client's goal across multiple channels including display, video, OTT, Digital-Out-Of-Home, Digital Audio, and native to maximize campaign performance and client ROI.Manage the entire campaign lifecycle from planning to implementation, optimization, andreporting.Connect with to creative teams to provide creative asset recommendations and performanceinsights by staying up-to-date on creative best practices or new creative placementsNegotiate and implement direct and private marketplace deals with select media partners.Identify third-party data segments at efficient CPMs for audience targeting.Upload and distribute audience lists from Consumer Data Platforms (CDP)Campaign Management and Optimization:Oversee the execution, management, and optimization of programmatic media plans acrossvarious platforms and channels in line with client objectives.Monitor ad verification, brand safety, and viewability.Interpret and report on attribution models across programmatic and other paid mediacampaigns to illustrate the impact of upper-funnel tactics on performance.Guide and recommend tag setup and management alongside Data, Analytics & Insights, and Ad Ops teamsAnalyze and resolve diverse and complex issues based on in-depth knowledge of programmatic and ad-serving platformsClient and Internal Team Engagement:Establish and grow relationships as a key point of contact among media partners and internalteams.Deliver and present client reporting and insights monthly and quarterly.Collaborate with internal teams and departments to share programmatic insights that can beleveraged across other channels.Respond to client questions and ad hoc requests in a timely mannerPartner with Data Analytics and Data Ops for robust reporting integrations that support campaignperformance and story.Expertise and Continuous Learning:Advance expertise in the digital display ecosystem and programmatic media landscape toimprove campaign strategies and execution.Maintain current knowledge and expert understanding of DSP platforms, leveraging thisexpertise to support and educate both clients and internal teams.Embrace new opportunities to learn more about and test new automated buying approaches,platforms, technologies, and creativesShare programmatic knowledge with internal and external clients and provide mentorship toManagers & Specialists to foster their growthATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:Exceptionally well organizedAble to prioritize and multi-taskSelf-motivated with leadership characteristicsDetail orientedStrong sense of accountabilityData driven, curious and proactiveWork well independently as well as within a team environmentQUALIFICATIONS:3+ years of proven programmatic experience planning and managing successful campaigns.Must have pharma experienceStrong understanding of digital media metrics and the ability to translate them into meaningfulcampaign insights.In platform expertise across major programmatic platforms (TTD, DV360, etc)Proficient in using SSPs, CDPs, ad verification tools, attribution models and tagging systems.Experience using media research tools (i.e. MRI Simmons)BA/BS or higher (in Marketing/Advertising a plus)Why Work at Response Media?Working in a collaborative boutique agency where you can be heard and seen.Get immediate hands-on experience with some of the world's most well-known and trusted brands.Excellent benefits such as profit sharing and a generous vacation and holiday scheduleCollaborative data and media teamOpportunities to learn and grow.
