Job Title: Art DirectorBeauty and/or Skin and/or Hair and/or Wellness Experience Required.100% remote.
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly creative and talented Art Director to join our team. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction across various channels, including digital, print, and packaging. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our marketing, product development, and sales teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual assets that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Brand Director in developing visual branding concepts and creative strategies to enhance the company's brand identity.- Oversee the creation and execution of design projects from concept to completion while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and adherence to project timelines.- Develop high-quality graphic design assets for various marketing materials such as website assets, social media graphics, email campaigns, paid advertisements, and product packaging.- Execute design projects from initial concept to final production with accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to brand guidelines.- Manage a team of graphic designers and freelancers by providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth.- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices for continuous innovation in elevating the company's brand presence.- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining brand integrity, and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.- Collaborate with project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.-Assist with photo retouching, image editing, video, editing, and asset management as needed.
Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design ,Visual Arts or related field-Proven experience as an Art Director or similar creative leadership role preferably in consumer products or beauty industry-Expertise in graphic design software such Figma ,Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign)and proficiency digital design principles-Strong conceptual thinking creative problem-solving skills ,with keen eye for detail aesthetics-Excellent communication collaboration skills ,with ability to effectively present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders-Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing team of designers and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously-Passion for design, innovation, and storytelling ,with deep understanding of brand identity and consumer behavior-Portfolio showcasing diverse range of creative projects campaigns demonstrating proficiency in both digital print design
