Graphic DesignerAs a Graphic Designer at the PPA Tour you will play a pivotal role in translating our brand visioninto visually compelling designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create awide range of materials, from marketing collateral to digital assets. The ideal candidate is notonly proficient in design tools but also has a keen understanding of current design trends anda passion for delivering impactful and consistent visual experiences.

ResponsibilitiesDesign DevelopmentCreate visually appealing and on-brand designs for various mediums, including print anddigital materials.Brand Consistency

Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable visual identity.Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project timelines.Feedback Integration

Incorporate constructive feedback from team members and stakeholders into design iterations.Stay Updated

Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities.Qualifications

Proficient experience with Adobe Suite.Ability to work independently and be able to create aesthetically sustainable final products.Exceptional eye for design with a strong curiosity to understand the needs of our teams, clients, and prospects.Ability to identify design patterns and replicate results.Ability to build a deep understanding of our brand identity and target audience.Support development of visual exploration and articulation of all brand campaign work.Works with the team to execute branded collateral - from digital mock-ups/comps and brand identities to printed materials and presentation design, with a heavier focus in social media design.Work with cross-discipline team to deliver on all assets needed for clients' businesses.Ability to perform under tight deadlines with quick turnaround times if needed.Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a desire to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
