We currently have an exciting opportunity for UI Engineer II to join our Tailored Technology team. This individual will specialize in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring robust data tracking and analytics capabilities. This position requires expertise in front-end development, GA4 implementation, and GTM configuration to enhance the user experience and provide valuable insights for business strategies.

What you'll do

Design and implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and Next JS, Node JS and React frameworks.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional code.Configure and manage tags, triggers, and variables in GTM for streamlined deployment and maintenance of tracking codes.Ensure accurate tracking of events, conversions, and user interactions across the website.Integrate and maintain a data layer for enhanced tracking capabilities.Ensure proper data layer setup for dynamic content tracking.Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to understand tracking requirements.Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve tracking discrepancies or issues.Document implementation processes, configurations, and changes for future reference.What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience as a UI Developer with a focus on front-end technologies.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with Next JS, Node JS and ReactExperience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager setup and configuration.Understanding of SEO principles and how tracking impacts search performance.Familiarity with data layer implementation in Google Tag Manager.Experience with other analytics tools and platforms.Knowledge of best practices for website performance optimization.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.If you see yourself in this role, but fall short in any areas above, apply anyway! We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
