Responsible for Media Buying and Planning - the Media Manager will spearhead our media strategy and help us achieve the online presence our dealers will expect. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in analyzing performance metrics and leveraging data to enhance media marketing campaigns, thereby augmenting brand awareness. A profound understanding of media trends and exceptional communication skills are prerequisites.

Experience conducting programmatic analysis, assessing DSP capabilities, and refining audience targeting strategies.Responsibilities

Serving as a primary contact for day - to - day clientsImplementation of media requests initiated through a dynamic dealer marketing platform and executed through Basis DSP - programmatic display and CTVPlan, execute, manage, and optimize Programmatic Media campaigns, including auction/exchange-based performance.Collaborate with management, clients, team members, and vendors to oversee the research, strategy, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns.Assess client campaign objectives and requirements encompassing audience demographics, geographic reach, creative assets, ad types, conversion metrics, and reporting.Monitor and adjust campaign parameters in conjunction with media and creative teams to enhance campaign performance.Coordinate and compile both external and internal media reports along with budget reports.Conduct programmatic analysis, assess DSP capabilities, and refine audience targeting strategies.Manage a team of 3 media experts.Skills and Qualifications

A four-year degree and 5-7 years of digital media experiencePrior experience managing direct report(s) preferredStrong familiarity with the digital environment, and a clear understanding of media planning and buying process (hands-on-keyboard DSP experience required)Experience with Advertising Automation Platform; FluencyProven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar roleIn-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practicesHands-on-keyboard experience in a DSP (Basis experience is preferred)Excellent communication, copywriting, and content creation skills - ability to lead discussions with internal and external leadershipProven ability to understand client objectives and how they translate into search, social and programmatic strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.Experience with the automotive vertical is preferred.
