We are currently looking for a skilled and creative Digital Media Manager to manage our online presence and engage with our audience on different digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, effective communication skills, and a history of running successful digital campaigns. This position calls for someone who can create and implement innovative digital media projects to improve brand recognition, boost audience interaction, and achieve tangible outcomes.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

:

Develop comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with organizational goals, including content creation, audience targeting, and platform selection.Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.Utilize WordPress to create and edit webpages, integrating branding and standardized design across the website.Manage all aspects of social media presence, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance and drive audience growthMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to digital media initiatives. Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and provide insights for future optimization.Ability to travel up to 25 miles.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

A Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing is preferred but not required.PREFERRED:

Minimum of (2) years’ experience requiredBilingual - preferred not requiredCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.Experience in the following software applicationsMedallia - survey toolMetricool - social media toolYext - online review system toolCanva - digital editing toolCapcut - video editing toolGoogle Workplace Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Strategic mindset with the ability to develop long-term digital media strategies aligned with business objectives.Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging content and multimedia assets.Proficiency in analyzing data and interpreting metrics to drive informed decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
