OverviewDevelops, implements, and manages Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns to help achieve business goals, regulatory compliance, and to support individual business unit needs. Contributes to overall success of the Marketing team with strategic thinking, content creation, and project management. Maintains strong relationships internally and externally including outside vendors and agency partners. Leads projects independently as needed, and partners with senior leadership and other colleagues when appropriate.

Compensation Range:$109,900.00 - $146,500.00 Annual

Manages the development and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns including determining campaign requirements, writing marketing briefs as appropriate, overseeing copy development and design, reviewing with key stakeholders and legal/compliance, and establishing metrics of success.Oversees the ongoing operations of existing Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, ensuring campaigns continue to deploy accurately and proactively identifying opportunities for improvementDesigns and implements complex Marketing Cloud automation workflows, including event-based triggers, behavioral triggers, dynamic content, and personalized messagingPrepares and disseminates regular reporting and analysis surrounding Marketing Cloud campaignsUtilizes data analysis and insights to identify opportunities to improve processes and and audience engagementPartners effectively with agile, cross-functional teams to drive successful campaigns on an ongoing basis. This includes IT, data architecture, health plan member communications, and compliance.Manages day-to-day relationships with external vendors, including development partners, freelancers, and creative agencies as needed.Supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of communication preference centers across business unitsManages best practices for SMS and email deliverability, including IP reputation monitoring, email authentication, and bounce management.Ensures compliance with all SMS and email consent and subscription policies as set forth by VNS Health legal and Compliance guidelinesPerforms all duties within CMS/DOH guidelines, following rules and regulations and stays current on all new marketing policies.Maintains up-to-date understanding of health care industry trends, best practices, and new advances in marketing automation, in order to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Licenses and Certifications:

Marketing Cloud Administrator or other related certifications preferredSales Marketing Cloud credentials from Trailhead preferredEducation:

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business requiredMaster's Degree Marketing/Advertising preferredWork Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on Marketing Cloud experience, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Interaction Studio, Automation Studio, and Salesforce Data Extensions requiredExperience designing, building, and executing complex automated marketing programs with Salesforce Marketing Cloud requiredExperience with Ampscript, SQL queries and other technical skills related to Marketing Cloud requiredExperience with building and configuring email templates and landing pages requiredStrong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM concepts requiredStrong knowledge of data analytics related to marketing metrics and health care ROI requiredExperience with other Salesforce products (Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning CRM) preferredAbility to work independently on multiple projects in a matrixed environment preferredIntermediate to advanced capabilities using PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat preferredExperience with Medicare and/or Medicaid health plans or other payers, including marketing and communications for members, patients, and health care professionals preferred
