Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the North American region in alignment with the global marketing objectives.Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends and competitive landscape.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and tailor marketing strategies to address market demands.Ensure marketing strategies are integrated with sales, product development, and customer support efforts.Strengthen the company's brand presence in the pharmaceutical industry within the North American market.Lead the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing initiatives from a North American perspective, ensuring brand continuity, effective messaging, and alignment with regional market needsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, agents, and industry influencers.Plan and execute customer visits to key accounts to deepen relationships, understand their evolving needs, and identify opportunities for collaboration.Drive initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, through the entire customer lifecyclePlan and execute regional events, conferenceDevelop and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.Track and report on the ROI of marketing initiativesRequirements for Regional Marketing Manager:
10+ years in Marketing in a Pharma or Pharma Ancillary company
a MUSTProficiency in marketing analytics and CRM toolsLeadership and Team Management skills of 10+ yearsExpertise in Digital Marketing ( including content marketing, social media, and paid advertising) with a data-driven approach.
