Graphic Designer

UWorld is seeking a creative Graphic Designer with up-to-date design knowledge to work all departments to design solutions with high visual impact. The candidate will work on a variety of items including but not limited to sales collateral, digital ads, social media, physical mail pieces, email blasts, logos, media for website, and tradeshow displays for our current and future products.Responsibilities:Work with Sales and Marketing departments to create new and edit existing ads (print & digital), brochures/collateral, logos, tradeshow materials, infographics, etc.Work with software development department as needed to collaborate on design for web and mobile applicationsWork with other departments as neededAssist internal clients in determining correct design to go along with messagingCreate materials that convey messages which promote productsDevelop graphics and visual/audio images for product illustrations/animations, logos, etc.Review and proofread designs for errors before printing or publishingThink creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics, and layoutsHelp establish and enforce UWorld’s brandRequirementsPlease do include a portfolio linkBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or similar fieldMinimum of 3 years graphic design experienceDemonstrate skills with previous work portfolio. Please provide portfolio link when applyingAbility to interact communicate and present ideasAdvanced experience with leading creative software (Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, etc.)Knowledge of printing guidelines and experience managing print productionHighly detailed in all aspects of designAbility to work on quick turn-around deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyMust be able to create designs that are artistically interesting and appealing to consumersMust have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsMust have solid organizational, planning, and self-motivation skillsMust be able to work at UWorld Corporate Headquarters in Dallas, TX

Preferred, but not required:Working knowledge of CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, and BootstrapUI/UX design experience
