Familiar with technical details and standards for specifications in the flow and process of textiles, floor and ceiling tiles, commercial and residential flooring, blinds, shades, shutters, or interior design.Experience with coordinating the flow of products domestically and internationally from concept and design to executing sales and distributionFamiliar with details involved in sourcing products domestically and internationallyExperience with the coordination and development of marketing, packaging, SKU Barcode, and item setupWorking knowledge of project management softwareAbility to create, implement, manage, and continually improve processesCapable of thinking high-level and big picture as well as willing to become submerged in the details to support all teamsAbility to manage workflows, prioritize, and shift focus as necessary

Able to run day-to-day project activities/tasks/meetings, manage project production team, and serve as main client POCClient-facing and professionalMust be local and able to attend regular on-site client meetingsStrong experience managing internal design teams and technical coordination of external team consultants (engineers, specialty vendors, etc.) on projects from conception to completionUnderstanding of accessibility codes, life-safety codes, building construction systems, materials, and industry-associated standardsExcellent communication skillsProactively takes appropriate action without requiring continued direction or guidanceAble to effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and prioritiesProfessional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management from an accredited programMinimum of 7 years of project management or related experienceTypical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods
