This vital role ensures the smooth and timely flow of materials and components at an aerospace supplier location to ensure on time and on quality delivery. The ideal candidate will actively participate in program meetings, address and resolve material shortages, and expedite orders to prevent delays. This position demands strong communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and maintain production efficiency in a complex aerospace manufacturing environment.Activities:Provide updates and reports on shortages, part replacements, backorders, and other material issues that could impact customer deliveriesProvide insight on how to achieve forecast demand with knowledge gained from operations.Track completion of complex and high risks assemblies.Perform daily Gemba Walks with operations.Facilitate material transfers between workstations to optimize resourcesProvide daily update on NCR and manufacturing quality issues.Provide weekly high-level reports on shortages and Line of BalanceWhat skills and qualifications are we looking for?Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in Aerospace.Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production control, inventory control, or stockroom roleProficient in working with ERP systemsStrong prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Exceptional attention to detailDemonstrated ability to collaborate across the organizationWillingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changesStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities in a dynamic work environmentAbility to lift and move material which may weigh up to 30 lbs.Why join us?To acquire experience in different critical industries and projects while working for the same company;To have a competitive salary and a great benefits packageTo access trainings that focus on expanding your knowledge while staying up to date with cutting edge technologies and best practices;To have a clear career development plan that suits your goals;To have the possibility of working abroad through our mobility program thanks to our international presence;To join a dynamic, specialized and fast-growing group where communication is key and where every team member is valued.To be part of a team where
