Fast-paced, creative advertising agency looking to hire a new Creative Lead for our American Fork, UT-based team. Hybrid work required, must be driving distance from our American Fork location.What we are looking for:A Creative Lead (CL) is an experienced creative director, content creator, and social advertising strategist, capable of overseeing multiple client projects simultaneously and managing a small team of content creators, writers, and producers. An average day for our Creative Leads includes: concepting for new video assets, reviewing and improving scripts, making creative decisions around casting & shotlists, and collaborating with producers to bring their video ideas to life.Our Creative Leads must have a strong and clear creative vision and be able to see that vision through from initial concepting session to final edit.Must haves:Experience creating video ad content from concept to post-production (including concepting new/innovative video ideas, shaping scripting, providing creative direction, leading casting, assisting in production, being an on-set director, and collaborating with post-production on the final product)Solid experience working in a creative capacity at either a creative agency, creative studio, film studio, or in-house for a brandFamiliarity with creating advertising content on Meta, Tiktok, and similar platformsThe ability to work collaboratively with Account Strategist and Ad Buying teams to deliver strong creative strategies that results in content that performs for our clientsThe ability to organize and articulate their creative thoughts into engaging client presentations and pitches (client-facing work is a must)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable being the point person and decision maker on accountsHaving a high creative bar and desire to push the boundaries of video into new placesNOTE:
