We are a young firm, blending the professionalism of an established practice with the innovation and mission-focus of a startup.We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts at Consumer Legal Group. As the Director of Marketing you will primarily be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the firm's brand, generate leads, and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the legal industry and a proven track record of successfully implementing marketing initiatives.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the firms business goals and objectives.Oversee the firm's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality, relevant content such as articles, blog posts, whitepapers, and videos to establish the firm as a thought leader in the legal industry.Manage relationships with media outlets, coordinate press releases, and handle crisis communications when necessary.Proven ability to manage projects from inception to execution both internally and externally.Work closely with the business development team to support marketing needs for new business.Implement lead generation strategies and tactics to acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships.Plan and execute events, seminars, webinars, and conferences to enhance the firms visibility and thought leadership.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources and delivering measurable results.Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.Ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, including compliance with legal advertising regulations.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field6 years of marketing experience; or an equivalent mix of education and experience, prefer start-ups and legal experience.Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer correspondence and procedure manuals; ability to speak effectively, both in person and by telephone, to customers or employees of the organization.Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Suite (docs, sheets, gmail, etc.)Qualifications that Predict SuccessExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to comprehend complex legal concepts and convey them clearly to clients.Must have strong project management skills in managing outside agencies and internal projectsProven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Familiarity with legal advertising regulations and ethics.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
