We are looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing to enhance community engagement and expand our reach!

Key Responsibilities for Director of Marketing:

Marketing Campaigns:

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, and experiential channels. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on creative assets and messaging.Brand Management : Enhance and maintain the museum's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.Audience Engagement:

Develop strategies to deepen engagement and attract new visitors using data analytics and customer insights.Content Creation:

Work with creative teams to produce engaging digital content that aligns with the museum's brand.SEO and SEM : Improve search engine visibility and manage PPC campaigns to drive qualified traffic.Social Media Management:

Grow the museum's social media presence with content calendars, follower engagement, and social advertising.Email Marketing:

Execute email campaigns to promote events, exhibitions, and drive sales.Analytics and Reporting:

Use analytics tools to track and optimize marketing performance.Stay Current:

Keep up with trends and best practices in digital marketing and consumer behavior.Qualifications for Director of Marketing:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the arts, entertainment, or attractions industry.Proven success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and a passion for innovation.Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.Benefits for Director of Marketing:
