Operations GM - Studio Requirements:
- 3-7 years of management experience (Luxury resorts/spas/Premium retail)
- Strong background focused in Customer Excellence
- Development of a team and day to day operations
- Highly organized with details resulting in hitting your goals!
- Ability to pivot to ensure priorities are handled first with ease
Operations GM - Studio Responsibilities:
- Guidance of two studio locations (locations in Brooklyn)
- Curating day to day workflows, client appointments, artist support, ordering supplies, cleaning tasks.
- Focused professionalism in resolution of customer grievances in any capacity
- Direct and Clear communication is a must
- High operational standards of SOP's
- Familiarity with Apprenticeship programs a plus
- Clearly Aligned with Creative work and enjoys taking ownership within their role!
