We are looking for an experienced and eager-to-learn-more Marketing Coordinator to join our team of creative marketing pros. The Marketing Coordinator will provide direct support to the agency, aiding in marketing activities covering our clients and agency marketing initiatives. Most importantly, the person who fills this position will love creating and executing content as well as monitoring results, and feeling ownership over all the channels.This position will fulfill the department's goals and objectives to further the marketing efforts and strategy for our roster of business clients. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, manage, and execute social media content, reporting, and client communications that pertain to social media, followed by additional digital marketing responsibilities. In this role, you will be expected to understand how to prioritize, juggle multiple accounts, plan ahead, have accountability, as well as self-manage and regularly communicate daily activities.Essential Functions:Support the agency in all client digital marketing and communication activitiesMaintain social media platforms and study analytic trendsProvide detailed reporting for Google Analytics (monthly); and social media accounts (monthly)Plan, execute and manage social media campaigns with a focus on key client messaging, timely industry news, and SEO considerations to increase organic rankings and exposureResearch new ways to reach target audiencesProvide monthly social media content plans and calendarsCommunicate regularly on progress and status of projects, campaigns, etc.Provide on-site social media support at client events as neededOther tasks as assignedGeneral Skills and QualificationsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to take direction and absorb information quicklyHigh sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlinesAble to work, function, and respond to agency and clients while on-the-goExcellent writing and proofing skillsExcellent time management skills and project planning timelinesExceptional proficiency with Social Media Platforms; Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTokProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Outlook, Canva, Later and other social media planning and creation toolsRequired Education and Experience:Degree in marketing, communications, or similar fieldBasic knowledge of digital media operations, including website and email campaign platformsExperience managing multiple professional social media accounts with links to show workPlease do not apply without prior agency/freelance experience covering multiple accountsExtras:Bilingual capabilities preferred
