Preferred Home Services

is a rapidly growing market leader for residential home services in the Charleston and Greenville areas and is looking to fill the position of Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will successfully implement the company marketing plan within set budget guidelines in the designated market area (DMA) in coordination with internal and external partners.

Description:

The Marketing Coordinator will be assigned initiatives and projects that support the overall marketing strategic plan. Preferred Home Service's strategy lends itself to a 90 day focus aligned to the overall 1 year marketing plan. They will coordinate efforts from external vendors, work closely with key internal teams including customer service and participate in weekly meetings looking for key insights AND improvement to current efforts. For this individual to be successful in this role they must be a passionate, continuous learner with an entrepreneurial attitude and drive to win.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement & manage marketing budgets

Maintain all media contractsReview & approve all marketing invoicesPerform monthly budget reconciliations

Creative coordination

Traffic all creative according to deadlinesDevelop & maintain all media calendarsCommunicate planned media to internal stakeholders

Website, Listings Management & Social Media

Manage all Social Media Channels, engagement and response managementMaintain all public listings and profiles for accuracy & completenessAssist with any website changes

Lead Aggregators

Review all profiles for completeness and accuracy and document for referenceMaintain the GLS profile, manage the daily leads and review solicitation processMaintain other lead aggregator platforms as necessaryResearch and report on any lead platforms for consideration

Email Marketing

Coordinate the execution of all content development and distributionDevelop email campaign strategy and templatesAnalyze campaign performance and recommend improvements

Reputation Management

Maintain review solicitation tool and distribute monthly scorecardMonitor online reputation sitesRespond to all public reviews or escalate accordinglyChampion efforts to increase the number of positive company reviewsFormulate a library of scripts for public review response

Maintain all Marketing Data & Analytics

Maintain monthly marketing KPI'sMaintain customer data for mailingsCollect and maintain competitive & market intelligenceRecommend improvements to marketing and customer service using performance data

Assist with special projects

Minimum 3 years of experience in progressive marketing rolesExperience managing vendors, consultants and agencies that serve in supportive rolesProject Management experience a plus
