Role: Director of Affiliate Marketing
The Director of Affiliate Marketing is responsible for the success of our affiliate program and helps manage and scale our online business. This includes recruiting and managing affiliates, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring our company is prominently listed across all affiliate websites.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Affiliate Program Management:
Oversee and support the affiliate program through all stages, including brainstorming, developing, launching, maintaining, marketing, and analyzing.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates who align with our brand values and target audience.
Relationship Building:
Foster and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with the necessary resources, guidelines, and support to effectively promote our offerings.
Performance Tracking and Optimization:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and click-through rates, optimize campaigns, and provide affiliates with data-driven insights to improve their performance.
Compliance and Fraud Prevention:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, monitor for fraudulent activities, and protect the brand’s reputation.
Creative Resource Management:
Coordinate the creation and distribution of promotional materials such as banners, text links, and promotional codes.
Performance Incentives and Rewards:
Design and implement reward structures to motivate affiliates, including tiered commission rates and exclusive promotions.
Industry Monitoring and Innovation:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to keep our affiliate program ahead of the curve.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in managing affiliate marketing programs.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and affiliate marketing best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in using affiliate tracking platforms, reporting tools, and marketing automation software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to create compelling promotional strategies and design engaging content.
Familiarity with SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and HTML.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Flexibility to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and change plans when necessary.
Leadership skills to motivate and direct a team.
COMPENSATION PLAN:
Executive team of 10 members split 25% of gross margin (2.5% each) plus high commissioned sales and lifetime 50% affiliate programs for executive teams of 50% for lifetime of sales/revenue streams.
