The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to manage our affiliate program at VeSync. You'll have the unique and exciting opportunity to build and scale an affiliate program for the Levoit, Cosori and Pawsync brands. This is an entrepreneurial role where you possess a deep understanding of the building blocks of affiliate marketing networks and programs and work to develop opportunities to grow revenue within the program.
What you will do at VeSync:Develop and Manage Affiliate ProgramLead the creation, implementation, and oversight of affiliate marketing strategies for Levoit, Cosori, and Pawsync business units.Design program structures, commission rates, and promotional plans to attract high-quality affiliates.Identify, target, and engage potential affiliate partners through various channels, including our agency partner, social media, industry events, and direct outreach.Provide comprehensive onboarding materials and support to help new affiliates integrate into the program.Maintain regular communication with existing affiliates, providing them with updates, promotional materials, special offers, and support.Develop and execute strategies to enhance the performance of current affiliates, including tailored incentives.Present identified opportunities and strategic recommendations to PR and product marketing teams for potential integration.
Revenue Growth and KPI TrackingSet clear revenue targets and KPIs for the affiliate programs, aligned with overall business objectives set by the business unit leaders and marketing teams.Use analytics tools to monitor, track, and report on affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Present regular performance reports to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Agency ManagementManage 3rd party agency relationships within the affiliate program to ensure that the program for each brand is optimized for performance.Ensure program goals are communicated, refined, measured and managed with the agency partner.What you bring to the role:
3+ years of Affiliate program management experience for a company or agency with a proven track record of delivering results in your past work.An explorative mindset unafraid to experiment and try new tactics.Ability to translate business goals and objectives into strategy and tactics for affiliate marketing programs.Experience in measuring, reporting performance ROI and replicating best practices.Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively and analytically.
Location: This is an on-site, office based role in Tustin, CA.
Salary: $100,000+ annually
