Salary Grade/Level/Family/Range:(Base Salary + Bonus)FLSA Classification: ExemptUpdated: 01/3/2024*Pay differentials for location and/or shift may apply*Position SummaryThe Process Design/Project Manager supports the sales team through the development/coordination ofsales and production activities in a manner that reflects the company's vision of working as OneProfessional Team. This will include the design, layout, and coordination of new equipment/plants as wellas rental projects - coordination is focused on completing projects safely, completing them on time andwithin budget and complying with applicable laws and/or regulations.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essentialfunctions.Support sales team with the development of process flow diagrams, water/mass balances andprocess design.Work with Crushing Equipment Solutions' manufacturers/suppliers on the development ofprocesses and selection of equipment, machines and components required to meet customer'sapplication requirements.Serve as a technical resource during customer design and/or sales meetings.Develop technical resources to be utilized by sales team/customers on ROIs of recommendedequipment or process.Stays current with and knowledgeable of the features and benefits of all products represented byCrushing Equipment Solutions (CES)Build rapport with customers, proposing and previewing details of project.Generate PowerPoint presentations & computer aided to present proposals to the customers.Generates equipment drawings for RFQs.Manage all aspects of projects including but not limited to budgeting, scheduling meetings,ordering required materials, and reviewing project scope with customer.Creates and reviews submittals for the customer's approval prior to manufacturing releases oncomponents and production.Advises Service Department of project start-up dates and requirements of their part of thescope of work to be performed.Develops a Project Schedule in accordance with Crushing Equipment Solutions standards,customer's expectations and requirements outlined in purchase contracts.Coordinates meetings throughout the life of the project, including Project Kick Off, Pre-Production, and Post-Production.Reviews procedures and reports in accordance with company and customer's standards.Tracks project costs throughout the life of the project ensuring budgets are met, and uponcompletion generating a profitability summary.Reviews on-going production progress, on a segment-by-segment basis, for accuracy and qualityas per sales agreement and customer's requirements.Confirms delivery of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals, including as builtinformation, to the customer upon project completion and obtains appropriate signatures fordocumentation.Coordinates with the customer and inspectors on the testing and shipment of equipment.Performs start-ups for new machine sales, and rentals as needed.Performs 30-day inspections on rentals as needed.Ensure Contractors, and Crushing Equipment Solutions employees are compliant to performnecessary work.Ability to travel up to 60% of the time or as required.Other duties as assigned by manager.Travel Requirements25-60%CompetenciesStrong time management and organizational skillsStrong analytical, mathematics and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt and excel in fast-paced work environments.Ability to work with and coordinate others internally and externally.Basic public speakingSafety awareness, regulations, and complianceMSHA Part 46 training preferred.Working knowledge of Crushing, Screening, and washing systems/circuits andequipment/processes utilized in each.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeProficiency in Project Management Software (i.e., Microsoft Project, Project ManagementInstitute) preferred by not required.Intermediate knowledge Aggflow, Microsoft Visio and AutoCADWork EnvironmentNoise: LoudEnvironment: Indoors & Outdoorso Expected to work in inclement weather.Physical DemandsStanding, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing.Able to ascend or descend stairs and ladders.Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting up to25 Ibs. while indoors.Required Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GEDo College Degree Strongly Preferred -
