We are actively seeking a

Graphic Design Associate

to join our marketing team! This Associate will assist with the design and development of Tyndale marketing pieces across both print and digital platforms, to enhance marketing branding with visually engaging content and ideas.

HYBRID/REMOTE:

Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance. This opportunity requires onsite work a minimum of

1day per week, and 4 days per week remotely . To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Tyndale headquarters in Pipersville, PA (Bucks County).

Responsibilities

Work in close collaboration with other members of the marketing team to complete projects, make creative recommendations, and assist with creative solutionsAssist with the design and development of Tyndale marketing pieces across print and digital platforms. Projects include, but are not limited to: social media, emails, banner ads, blog images, infographics, websites, presentations, and print media such as brochures, posters, flyers, etc.Create engaging short-form videos and multi-page posts to enhance our social media presence and engage our followers.Use creative problem-solving skills and illustrate strong design, color, and typography sensibilities in all mediaMaintain a consistent brand look and feel for all aspects of design while still evolving designs in ways that are fresh, new, and on trend.Assist the team with asset and file organizational tasks, including maintenance of a design asset libraryContribute to the growth of digital campaign tactics by researching and implementing new trends and strategiesUtilize AI tools and technologies to streamline design processes and improve workflow efficiencyQualifications

Associate's degree in Fine Arts, Arts, Graphic Design or other design related degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.Portfolio of samples requiredMust be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Microsoft Office ApplicationsExperience in agency or retail environment a plusDemonstrate strong layout and design skills, acute attention to detail, accuracy, creativity and self-motivationAbility to communicate creative ideas effectivelyAbility to take constructive criticism and adjust designs as needed to accomplish project goalsCapable of juggling multiple projects and thrives in both independent and team-based work environments.Knowledge of print production processes is a plusHTML & CSS experience is a plus
