Boost Mobile is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital and Creative Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all creative requests for local marketing initiatives, overseeing our digital dashboard platform, increasing user interactions, running weekly campaigns, assisting the Co-op team with group buys, and providing campaign data. The ideal candidate will present communications effectively to the field and ensure seamless execution of digital and creative projects.Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will:Manage and prioritize creative requests for local marketing initiatives.Oversee and optimize the digital dashboard platform for enhanced user interactions.Plan, coordinate, and execute weekly digital campaigns.Collect, analyze, and report on campaign data to measure effectiveness and ROI.Present campaign communications and updates to the field marketing and sales teams.Collaborate with vendors, partners, and third parties to ensure successful project execution.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field2+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or a related roleSkills and Qualifications:Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management softwareAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to travel and work evenings and weekends as needed for projectsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in the telecommunications industryFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and platformsCreative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/YearBenefits

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
