Job Description

Drives user experience (UX) and developer experience (DX) strategy, plan, and timelines for all UX/DX activities for a product, solution, platform, and/or technology area(s). Leads UX/DX research, design and assessment activities, workflow/journey mapping and persona development, and gathering and analyzing customer input. Communicates project plans, activities, results and impact with planning, product, and partner teams (executive level through technical implementation and go-to-market teams), creates, maintains, and presents UX dashboards and indicators. Leads collaborative synthesis of research data, develops key UX metrics, translates UX data into experience design architecture, and functional and non-functional requirements. Works with teams and organizations across Intel to implement changes for both functional and non-functional requirements that will positively impact user/developer experience and product adoption, both near and in longer term strategies. Works with stakeholders aligned to architecture, product management, and engineering to prioritize and align UX/DX workstreams. Leads and manages internal resources and external vendor engagements that support key UX/DX deliverables, including research studies, interaction and visual design, content, and technical writing.

The strategic planner position focuses on partnering and influencing strategic deliverables throughout the organization. The position requires a combination of business acumen, organization savvy, networking capabilities and expertise in certain technical areas. The strategic planner runs certain strategic process, visits customers, and influences the organization via these processes. Activities include running component, ingredient, platform or initiative POPs, competitive analysis, market analysis, and participating in multiple strategic task forces.

Additional Information

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $149,430 to $274,730. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
