Position Summary

The Media and Analytics Specialist will support three (3) key areas that build awareness and consideration for the MBA and MAC program portfolios at UNC Kenan-Flagler, attract high quality applicants to each program format, and measure the effectiveness of marketing and lead generation efforts. This position reports to the Associate Director of Media and Analytics.

1. Lead generation and campaign management: Supporting lead generation efforts and campaign set-up and management work, in close coordination with the Assoc. Dir. of Media and Analytics, to best reach and convert quality prospects.

2. Analytics management: Supporting collection, analysis and reporting on MBA and MAC funnel performance and campaign metrics from various sources, as well as technology and tool management. Sources of analytics include Google Analytics, vendor-provided marketing performance data, admissions data, and Hubspot lead nurturing data.

3. Media planning: Supporting all media planning and buying activities for MBA and MAC programs, including new publisher and vendor evaluation and selection, advertising calendar management, media buy execution, and campaign/creative management, and performance analysis.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience

* Strategic and analytical thinker who is a self-starter and can function both independently and as part of a team.* Able to remain highly productive in a multi-priority, results-oriented environment; comfort with ambiguity.* High proficiency with Google Analytics and all aspects of media planning and campaign implementation.* Working knowledge of Hubspot, Exact Target, Sales Force, Site Catalyst and/or other marketing CRM suites* Strong analytics skills with experience/understanding of programmatic buying models

Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience

* High degree of customer service orientation* Possesses excellent communication skills, and functions in a highly organized manner.
