The Marketing Events Coordinator leads the marketing department in all community events and programs. This Includes but not limited to football tailgating events, golf tournaments, charity events, concerts, parades, festivals, fairs, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all aspects of events to include physical setup and take down of equipment such as draught trailers, stages, tents, tables, bins, banners, etc.Attending events and providing management with event recapsDelivery of product to events and collecting paymentCollecting paymentMaintains communication and relationships with organizations we sponsor and community organizersMaintains the upkeep, cleanliness, and inventory of various types of marketing equipment and supplies such as trailers, tents, bins, banner, and POS materialsWorks with admin to ensure all licensing documents are submitted and accounts are setup properlyMaintain accurate accounting of products and packages sold by the company as well as ATC laws that regulate the sale of beer at eventsMinimum Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of ageValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordMust have ability to safely tow and back a trailerAbility to lift, pull, pull, carry heavy objects weighing up to 100+ lbs.Must have flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and some holidaysAbility to safely operate various types of hand tools, dolly, hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, etc.Benefits:
