You will be responsible for overseeing key tasks that impact our sales performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Oversees organizational functional processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established processesDevelops and implements procedural changes to assist in meeting the team’s critical goals and objectives in the most efficient manner possibleOversees daily and weekly reporting and ensure tasks are actioned accordinglyEnsure product bundles are established and priced competitivelyPrepares team reporting to highlight issues for teamTracks and provides insight on A/B testing resultsReports on established project timelines and escalates issues to managementSupports team by ensuring accurate monitoring of competitive landscape and competitor deal statusesSupports ad hoc tasks and projects as neededManages and mentors team of global associatesQualifications:
