Job Title: Marketing Manager
Reports to: Creative Director
Department: Creative
Status: Regular, Full-Time
Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager will work with the Brand Manager & the Creative Team to actively lead and support our brands' marketing and brand management efforts. This position will support the external and internal marketing needs of the following: Barcelona Wine Bar, Corsica, and ConservaCulture. This role is for someone excited by the bar & restaurant world as well as implementing and managing systems and strategies to make an impact on exciting and innovative brands. Remote role with a willingness to travel, ideally based in one of the following markets: Atlanta, DC, Boston, Philadelphia. The position will report directly to the Creative Director
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
? Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
? Analyze guest insights, trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
? Create and maintain reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights, complete with formal recap decks to communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
? Communicate and represent distinct brand voices; contribute to their expansion and followership over time
? Manage social and online/digital platforms and deliver compelling content and SEO strategy for multiple brands
? Support restaurant operational needs (assets, tools, communications)
? Manage the set-up and continued needs of New Restaurants, including the setup of Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
? Respond, with a resolution, to guest receipt and gift card needs via email or DM
? Other responsibilities and duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
? Minimum of 2 years of experience marketing a consumer/guest-facing brand
? This role is for someone who enjoys being of service to others and finding the "yes"
? Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
? Adaptive, creative, and collaborative problem-solving abilities
? Experience with marketing automation, social media platforms, and CRM tools
? Numerically literate, comfortable with metrics and spreadsheets, with a strong creative flair
? Excellent leadership in written and verbal communication skills
? Loves living their life through restaurants- dining in them, working in them, being in the culture of food & beverage, etc
