Our goal is to foster a nurturing and effective learning environment that helps students achieve their academic goals. We are currently seeking a passionate, reliable, consistent and skilled Marketing and Sales Associate to join our team on a part-time basis.
Job Overview:
The Part-Time Marketing and Sales Associate will play a crucial role in enhancing our center's visibility and engagement in the community. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing, experience with pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, graphic design, sales, social media management, HubSpot, WordPress, and video editing. This position requires a creative and driven individual who timely, organized, reliable and can manage multiple marketing channels and initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Create engaging and visually appealing content for various digital platforms using graphic design skills.
Optimize marketing campaigns for maximum performance.
Sales:
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to attract and retain students.
Conduct outreach to potential clients and partners to promote the tutoring center’s services.
Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the center’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Create and schedule engaging posts, respond to comments, and monitor social media analytics.
HubSpot Management:
Utilize HubSpot for managing leads, customer interactions, and tracking marketing performance.
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with our audience.
Website Management:
Update and maintain the tutoring center’s WordPress website with fresh content and improvements.
Ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Video Editing:
Create and edit video content for promotional purposes, including testimonials, tutorials, and advertisements.
Ensure all video content aligns with the center’s branding and marketing goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing and sales.
Proficiency in PPC advertising, preferably with Google Ads or similar platforms.
Strong graphic design skills, with experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Demonstrable experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
Experience with WordPress for website management.
Video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
