We are looking for a dedicated and efficient individual to develop, manage, and adjust project timelines, ensuring all projects meet their deadlines and deliverables.The successful candidate will lead project meetings with clear objectives, collaborate with cross-functional teams across various campaigns, and act as a steward of our brand ensuring all creative materials meet brand and legal guidelines. This role requires balancing work scopes with team capacity, resolving issues that may impact project deliverables, and coordinating the seamless delivery of final assets.Develop and adjust timelines for all projects, ensuring alignment with deliverable or decision dates.Lead project meetings with documented outcomes and defined next steps, facilitating cross-functional team collaboration.Organize media specifications, channel requirements, and ensure adherence to best practices for cross-channel deliverables.QA creative materials for flawless execution and coordinate the delivery of final assets to corresponding teams.Manage purchase order requests, project estimates, and invoice reconciliation to support billing processes.
