This proof-of-concept project is critical to enabling the company's "design for delight" approach, which requires observing expert workflows. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance and a smooth user experience.
Develop clear technical documents for engineers (especially in India) on handling sensitive data.Design and test a system to hide this data while researchers observe user workflows.Collaborate (asynchronously) with engineers on both technical aspects and user experience.Ensure the solution meets compliance regulations for financial data.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
User experience (UX) research experience required.Excellent technical writing skills to create clear instructions.Understanding of compliance rules related to tax information is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Availability for occasional calls outside standard business hours (potentially twice a month or more).
