Field & Partner Marketing Manager, NAM
Reporting to Marketing director, responsible for leading partner/field marketing and virtual events for North America.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead partner/field marketing initiatives and virtual events working closely with sales and channels to build programs in line with GTM strategy to support demand generation goals.
Drive cross-collaboration with creative, digital, product marketing, BDRs and sales teams to deliver successful marketing events and campaigns, ensuring seamless execution of events
Analyze and track overall performance of field marketing activity (events, webinars, etc.) to monitor ROI and impact to revenue pipeline.
Coordinate field marketing activity with partners, including strategic planning and execution
Build multichannel campaigns, integrating social, digital advertising, email and other communications channels to maximize impact of field marketing activity
Drive customer advocacy program working closely with sales, customer success and product marketing, helping to build case studies, testimonial videos, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner and field marketing, event management.Familiarity with Customer advocacy programs is a plus.Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes.Proven track record of successful marketing initiatives with measurable results.
