role is a strategic, out of the box thinker that possess exceptional attention to detail and keeps an organized work style. This person also thrives in an environment of working cross-functionally to fully define the campaign, visual look & feel, and can execute with other team members.

RESPONSIBILITIESDesign Libbey branded packaging graphics for the USC markets, maintaining brand consistency throughout all products, meeting legal requirements, and assuring production.Adapt all customers packaging and labels artwork for the USC market to assure production.Maintain labels and packaging graphics servers updated for suppliers.Conceptualize campaigns for new product launches and end user events, from ideation to delivery, that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.Design graphic materials that meet requirements for marketing campaigns as catalogs, brochures, and social media posts.Create mood boards that provide a good direction to external photographers, following Libbey’s photography guidelines.Attend photography and video shootings providing direction and approvals to external photographers.Create impactful presentations of the design work to present to stakeholders.Review intern designers’ work to ensure high quality.Stay up to date with industry standards, trends, and tools.Lead, influence and empower the organization to fulfill our purpose (living our legacy, shaping our future, and winning as one).Cultivate a diverse and inclusive culture where associates can thrive, make us better and fuel ideas/innovations to ensure our long-term success.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in design, Visual Communications, or similar.3-5 years of creative design experience.Basic knowledge of Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere).Highly organized and detail oriented.Passion for bringing new ideas to the team.
