As our Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling and effective content and copy that accomplishes business objectives through strategic planning, thoughtful writing, and thorough editing. Every day you will work closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional group to provide content marketing support for growth marketing objectives, as well as customer retention and expansion. To thrive in this role you must be an experienced content professional who can expertly make recommendations of how to use content to achieve defined business goals while also tactically executing persona-based content creation. Content can include longer form (e.g., thought leadership articles, reports) as well as derivative content and copy from those larger assets (e.g., promotional copy, blogs).

Responsibilities:

Partner with marketing teams, including demand generation, solution marketers, SMEs, design and brand teams to develop content strategy plans, content and copy for marketing campaigns in pursuit of key business objectives (OKRs)

Develop compelling content produced to establish thought leadership, including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, collateral for campaigns and multi-media content that drives engagement across channels

Develop expertise and insights into identified key marketing personas to inform content production and ensure relevance to the persona

Deliver key brand and marketing messages through inspiring, engaging, relevant, unique, SEO and effective marketing campaigns

Collaborate with marketing teams including SEO manager, design and SMEs to generate ideas, create and deliver marketing content, aligned with company marketing strategies and messaging

Copy edit and proofread content for other content marketers before publishing

Work with SEO manager to ensure alignment with key SEO and web content to maximize the effectiveness of search strategies and campaigns

Execute against the corporate editorial content publication calendar in alignment with key areas of responsibility

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and exciting, but at times, ambiguous environment

Understand and engage with content performance metrics to improve the performance of content and inform all content development

Develop productive and positive working relationships with partners across Marketing department and in the Commercial organization

Deliver content strategy recommendations for key persona areas

Requirements:

10+ years of business and content writing experience

Bachelor’s degree in communications, writing, business, or healthcare-related discipline

Proven expertise with AI-assistance platforms and tools like OpenAI and MS CoPilot

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject areas

·Experience in SEO, key word research and related content marketing strategies

Experience with Asana, Pardot, WordPress is preferred

Healthcare marketing (hospital/provider) experience a huge plus

Ability to prioritize, adapt to change in a fast-growth, dynamic and evolving environment

Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to work collaboratively across teams and disciplines

Experience quickly absorbing corporate style guidelines

Results-oriented, self-starter, demonstrating the ability to lead while also a team player who can work collaboratively across functions

Ability to travel less than 5%

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $89,756.41 - $125,196.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
