Audio Visual Technician with design, build and implement a range of AV and digital classroom and conference room technology and tools. This role will serve as a subject matter expert on advanced audiovisual systems for classrooms and teaching/learning environments. The AV tech
will act as an escalation point for AV technology incidents
Design AV systems for collaboration and teaching and learning spaces
Support live audio including microphone setup, recording, and running a mixing board
Design the AV technology using industry best practices including hardware, and software (Crestron/Extron, Cisco Telepresence, WebEx, Zoom and more
Support and Implement Video Platforms like Zoom, Cisco, Panopto and more
Video camera experience and higher level zoom knowledge
Provide appropriate documentation
SUGGESTED EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of AV experience (higher ed preferred) including video, web and streaming tools
Success in planning and implementing new technologies across an enterprise
Experience with AV tools like Crestron, Sony and Legrand
