We're looking for a social media marketing specialist to join our tight-knit team of real estate professionals in their efforts to build the best brand and following. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing social media marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. This ideal candidate will also develop and execute social media strategies, create and share content, and look analyze social media data. This is a 32-40 hour week position, in the office. No remote applicants please.
Responsibilities
• Edit all videos and make sure they are compatible with the different social media platforms• Photograph and edit company headshots when needed• Make posts for new listings and price reduction• Recording and editing video content in office and at events• Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts and content that is professional and well written• Report out monthly statistics for social media traffic, engagement and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization• Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans• Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries
Qualifications
• Experience using Adobe software• 2+ years of experience or education in social media or related field• Experience with social media platforms and public relations• Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills• Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape
