Employment Status: Full-Time Working Days: Monday to Friday Role Responsibilities: Improve website performance ensuring maximum speed and scalability. Implement SEO-friendly website architecture to aid our overall marketing strategy. Collaborate with the design team to ensure the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the established look and feel. Identify and troubleshoot various website issues and coding problems. Regularly update website content and review SEO. Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g., traffic, conversions). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative ideas and solutions. Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply new knowledge to future website developments and enhancements. Necessary Qualifications & Skills: Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React.js or AngularJS. Familiarity with API Design, database management, and server side languages like PHP and .NET. Proficiency in web design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools. Firm grasp of SEO principles and ensuring that applications adhere to them. Superb problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure. Exceptional communication skills to translate technical jargon to layman's terms. Strong collaborative skills to work effectively in team-oriented environments. Additional digital marketing skills such as SEM, SEO, Google Analytics, Content Management, and Social Media Marketing will serve as a strong advantage.
