Aquent's leading Retail Pharma client is working hard to reinvent their front store to be the front door to healthcare. As the Retail Marketing Coordinator , you will play an important role as we create new and exciting experiences within their retail locations. In collaboration with cross functional teams, you will bring best in class store experience capabilities and enablers to life. The key responsibilities will be as the Store Experience support lead to the Sign Hotline team and the manager of store database for signage, fixtures and formats.

Primary Role and Responsibilities:- Support the Sign Hotline to optimize processes and drive transparency through effective and consistent communication regarding stores' sign ordering needs- Lead and implement inventory management for in-store assets and signage within proprietary data management tool- Coordinate with Store Experience strategists to ensure up to date information is entered into data management tool consistently- Review expired inventory monthly reporting for accuracy- Partner with key IT colleagues to produce regular reporting that will be shared with third party vendors- Build and establish strong relationship with print and fulfillment partners externally and internally- Ensure consistent communication with Senior Manager regarding the management of Store Experience signage and fixture assets- Support key communication and development initiatives for the Store Experience Strategy Office

Required Experience:- Detail oriented and process driven with excellent data management skills- 3+ years of marketing experience with a foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding; retail marketing or retail agency/strategy experience strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications:- Self-motivated, high-capacity individual who can win in a demanding, performance-driven environment and make thoughtful decisions even when under tight deadlines- Proven track record of working collaboratively with internal and external business partners to deliver business results- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to question the status quo to drive improvements and optimizations- An understanding of the in-store retail environment and a deep appreciation of end-to-end consumer shopping experience- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization- Strong PC knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience required.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $31.64 to $35.15 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
