Requirements

Responsibilities

Support the Design Director to execute the following:

Concept, create and deliver strong design solutions for experiential retail, pop-ups, store design, visual merchandising, window design, floor fixtures, wall displays, endcaps and signageCollaborate in the development and execution for visual merchandising fixture design, store design, and one-of a kind retail experiencesCreate comprehensive Design-Turn-Over drawings, Guidelines and directives for clients and third-party vendorsSupport creation of briefs and mock-ups for internal concept development and reviewUnderstand how to adapt designs across channels and various marketsPartner with cross-functional teams for creation of channel and market specific graphics and copy/languageAbility to comprehend and coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslySupport all project phases from ideation to in-store execution and post-roll-out supportPresent ideas and participate in key brainstorms/meetingsQualifications

Mid-Senior level designer3-5 years of related experience in 3D, experiential design, store design and visual merchandisingAbility to effectively communicate ideas through 2D drawings and 3D renderingsProficient in Rhino & KeyshotProficient in visualizationProficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)Knowledge of execution and creation of design turn over drawingsStrong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to share and communicate strategyExcellent project and time management skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesExperience in Beauty VM and retail is preferredExperience with Sephora and/ or Ulta VM design is preferredKnowledgeable in working with high-quality materials, finishes, furniture & fixtures to maintain the luxury image of brandsThis position is fully remoteBenefits
