Description

At LGH, we provide the rental of lifting, rigging, pulling and jacking equipment responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of everything from the bridges you drive on to the sports stadiums you visit.

The Marketing Assistant will provide support to the Marketing team in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Event Coordination-

Assist in planning and organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.Compile leads and upload into CRMContent Creation-

Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns.Monitor customer and rental representative's social media accounts to identify additional case study opportunities.Coordinate with Marketing Specialist to schedule and conduct case study interviews.Minor photo or video editing for sharingCollaboration-

Work closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to produce cohesive marketing materialsAssist Graphic Designer with video editing and creationAdministrative Support-

Assist in daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly.Manage and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.Maintain and tag photo and video on LGH marketing drive and CRM system.Other duties as assigned.

Work location:

Bridgeview, IL (Remote/hybrid schedule available, but must be able to work in Bridgeview, IL location as necessary)

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Associate's degree in Marking, Business, Communications or a related field strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite required.

• Knowledge of Hubspot software preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
