Role Purpose

As the

Senior Manager,

Internal Communications

at PDS, you will play a key role in executing internal communication strategies that foster a positive and engaged workforce. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams, to develop and design materials that clearly communicate organizational goals, initiatives, and updates effectively. Your exceptional communication skills, creativity, and ability to influence and inspire employees will be instrumental in driving our internal communication efforts.

Key responsibilities

Partner with leaders across the PDS organization to identify their needs and develop and design supporting materials as needed that graphically convey messaging in a professional and compelling manner. Build a strong understanding of the needs of the business in detail to ensure accurate, well-tailored support.

Implement and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with PDS's business objectives and enhances employee engagement and alignment.

Create compelling and timely internal communications, including newsletters, emails, intranet content, videos, and presentations, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand guidelines.

Manage and maintain internal communication channels, including the intranet, digital displays, and other digital platforms.

Partner with the Corporate Communications team to ensure consistency between internal and external messaging.

Monitor and analyze internal communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Coordinate and facilitate employee feedback sessions, town halls, and other forums to create opportunities for two-way communication and dialogue.

Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in internal communications and share insights with the team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

SkillsStrong organizational and project management skills with an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Advanced working knowledge of design capabilities across a variety of platforms, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite programs.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.Excellent follow-through and high attention to detail.Technologically savvy with adaptability and proficiency in learning new software and JLL's in-house platforms.Flexible and highly motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and work independently.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with teammates.Ability to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles with an ability to complete projects on time.Qualifications:

5+ years communication or design experienceBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Communications preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative CloudStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with business objectives.Creative thinker with a strong ability to innovate and bring new ideas to internal communication initiatives.Proficiency in using internal communication tools and platforms.Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of internal communication efforts.Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

93,800.00 - 115,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
